To provide opportunities and expand funding horizons for the
generation of solid quality inputs into the resource base of the University for the
attainment of the transformation agenda of IBB University

We shall be a sustainable and innovative resource generation outfit that will
support the actualization of a world class status for the IBB University.
The objectives of Consult & Services include:
- To carry on the business of educational consultancy, adult mass literacy education as well as special education.
- To carry on the business of technical and structural support services, guidance counseling and general vocational skill acquisition training.
- To carry on the business of production, sales and supplies of educational materials and other household equipment.
- To engage in the business of research development and production, printing and publishing.
- To carry on the business of general merchandise supplies and general contracts.
- To do all other things as may be considered incidental or conducive to the attainment of above objects or any of them.
